Cross-platform membership platform for which I serve as sole engineering lead — owning the full lifecycle from architecture to production operations, with no supporting team across a Flutter app (Android/iOS/Web), React/TypeScript admin portal, Laravel 12 REST API, and Directus 11 CMS on PostgreSQL/AWS.

  • Sole owner of the full engineering lifecycle of the platform. Responsible for production monitoring, incident response, and bug triage using Sentry for error tracking and alerting — all without a supporting team.

  • Manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, RDS, CloudFront, Route 53, and ACM, covering SSL/TLS certificate management and secure environment configuration.

  • Integrate and secure third-party services including Stripe and Xendit for payments and Firebase for authentication, handling sensitive payment data and auth flows end-to-end.
